With over twenty years' experience in the areas of Human
Resources Management, Organization Development and Training, I provide consulting and training services for organizations
within Canada, United States, Brazil, Middle East, Singapore, Mexico, Kenya and within Europe (England, France, Switzerland,
Spain).
I facilitate with organizations going through transition such as restructuring (including mergers and acquisitions),
assist in strategic planning and in change process; I support managers in their new direction through coaching and team-building.
With extensive experience in training: from needs analysis and program design to delivery. Focus is on practical
skills application. Areas include: Change Process, Performance Management and Leadership Skills.
I am fluently trilingual
(English,French,Portuguese) and functional in Spanish. I hold a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from McGill University. Prior to my career in consulting, I held Management positions with Domtar, McKesson,
Ottawa Board of Education, and the Business Development Bank of Canada.
I hold an Associate Teacher position, at
Université du Québec à Montréal, MBA Programme, for the course « Change Management
in Organizations ».
